It all started in the summer of 2023. What once looked like a dense forest has now opened up to reveal the beauty beyond. After carefully clearing the trees, we can finally see the stunning water view that was hidden for years. That same year, we buried the septic tank — setting the groundwork for what’s to come. In early 2024, we began cutting out four containers and working closely with architects to design the best, one-of-a-kind container home in Michigan. This transformation marks the first step in bringing new life to the property — turning an overgrown landscape into a clean, open space full of potential.
